While I was a little anxious in the beginning ... a total stranger talking about replacing my roof ... it didn't take long to realize that he knew what he was talking about. That would be Alejandro (Alex), who explained in detail, took pictures, contacted the right people to get the ball rolling, and by later that afternoon a claim had been filed with my insurance company. Then I pointed the insurance company to Top Tier Public Adjusters to schedule the roof inspection. I didn't wake up yesterday morning thinking about replacing my roof, but thanks to Alejandro (Alex) and the fine folks at Top Tier Public Adjusters we are on our way to roof replacement (pretty sure it needs it).

Such a positive experience the whole way around Feb 6, 2026

My new roof and gutters look AMAZING!!! All thanks to my sales manager, Brandon Cervantes, who was with me every step of the way, answering my several questions and always available when needed. My roof was damaged by a hailstorm, and Brandon and his team led me through negotiating with my insurance company to mediation, just through the whole process. The roofers did a beautiful job, starting my roof at 6:30 a.m. and finishing with cleanup and everything around 5 p.m. Amazing that this job could be done in a single day. Just yesterday the two men came out to place the gutters. These two men did a great job. In only two hours, my home had a complete new gutter system placed. Incredibly quick, efficient, and perfect. I also want to commend these two men for being so kind and pleasant. They took the time to not only ask my opinion of where one of the gutters should be placed (it was an extra gutter on their plans that I didn’t have before), but explained all they were doing with a constant smile on their faces. My old gutters were white, but I chose black for the new ones, and it really makes a difference. Looks like a different house. Beautiful!!! Such a positive experience the whole way around. I have to say I have a hard time with trusting in this day and age, with too many scams everywhere, but with every concern and question I had, Brandon was there with a quick and informative answer, calming my fears about the whole process. It was very nice being treated in such a respectable and genuine manner in a world where female homeowners many times aren’t. But from the start Brandon knew I was a widow and made every step of this process for me so easy to navigate, and I greatly appreciate all that he and his team did for me and my family to have a new roof.
